Fairbourne Station

West Valley City new downtown focal point. Introducing Fairbourne Station, a mixed-use development combining retail space, office space, residential living space and even an upscale hotel, encompassing 40 acres right in the heart of Utah's second largest city.

ARA Freeport West

Situated on the south frontage of highway 201, the 130-acre ARA development will consist of 5 new industrial buildings. After completion the ARA development will be set to bring in more than 3,000 jobs to West Valley City.

Lake Park Commerce Center

The Lake Park Commerce Center will consist of 4 Class A, top of industry standard industrial park totaling over 850,000 square feet.

201 Commerce Center

1.8 million square feet of master planned office/warehouse space located near SR-201 and Bangerter Highway.

Soleil Technology Park

Soleil Technology Park is bringing Silcone Slopes to West Valley City. The new development will include five office buildings that total 525,000 square feet of office space.

201 Mountain View Park “201 MVP”

The proposed 727,000-square-foot industrial/logistics park will consist of four buildings—three rear-load medium distribution buildings and a bulk distribution cross-dock.

Over 1 million square feet of retail shops and restaurants, including dozens of new and recently remodeled stores.
