West Valley City is Utah’s second largest city at 35 square miles, which means lots of space and plenty of options for office, retail and industrial locations. Numerous development sites exist throughout the city in commercial, office, manufacturing and retail zones, including both existing buildings and vacant, improved sites ready for lease or purchase. Several hundred acres for light and heavy manufacturing uses have recently been designated as Economic Development Areas (EDAs) and 600 acres of SURE SITE areas for office or industrial use have been created.
