Local Concierge-Level Economic Development Incentives
West Valley City is ready and willing to consider incentives for projects that meet the city’s goals to broaden and strengthen the tax base, provide high quality, high paying jobs, and contribute to the economic stability of the region over the long term. The city currently has numerous redevelopment and economic development areas which could provide tax-increment financing for qualified projects. West Valley Economic Optimization can negotiate additional incentives on a case-by-case basis.
